Trade Show Tools was invited by Newfoundland Adventure Outfitters to create a stand-out 10x10 booth for the recent Safari Club International 2025 show. And WOW did we enjoy the challenge!
The exhibit hall at Music City Center in Nashville, TN, was wall-to-wall with exhibits large and small for companies providing a broad scope of products and services such as guns and rifles, archery, travel/tourism, knives, furniture, taxidermy, equipment, clothing, fishing/angling, art and wild game taxidermy that looked so real you’d swear it was breathing. Most exhibitors were guides/outfitters such as our Canadian client, Newfoundland Adventure Outfitters (NAO), and safari companies from every far corner of the world, including Africa, Asia, South/Central/North America, Europe, Mexico and the United States. At times, walking the show aisles seemed like walking through a jungle!
Our client wanted to stay as true to the look of their hunting lodge in Newfoundland and highlight their amazing one-of-a-kind bear, moose and caribou hunting adventures.
The client provided excellent in-house graphic artwork design which Trade Show Tools printed on dye sub backlit fabric attached with SEG (silicone-edge) to a 10ft X 8ft LED frame system. Same provided for the double-sided front counter. The sides of the frames and a custom 5ft table were wrapped in a natural wood vinyl.
An overriding design theme at this show was the use of authentic and natural woods. NAO was sure to integrate this element in the form of a real wood cypress archway - real wood, real craftsmanship. Not only was the archway functional supporting the moose antlers, but it emulated the look of the walls in their hunting lodge in Newfoundland.
The booth flooring was rolled vinyl matching the color and style as the lodge floor. The flooring and thick under pad provided a comfortable experience for booth visitors stopping by the booth and staff standing for hours during the show.
A local NAO partner brought in a 7ft high black bear which greeted attendees as they approached the booth. He didn’t say much but he didn’t have to - his presence was enough. Sharing the front area on the opposite side was a 43” TV featuring a continuous video loop of beautiful scenery of the hunting lodge and surrounding Newfoundland area.
Newfoundland Adventure Outfitters said their booth attracted many attendees and the show was a big success. They look forward to next year’s SCI 2026 show, also in Nashville, and possibly expanding into a 20ft booth. Until that time, Trade Show Tools have provided safe and climate-controlled storage for their booth at our local storge facility. Like Newfoundland Adventure Outfitters, we are ready for the next adventure!
