The Budget calculator allows you to plan your budget two different ways.

Option 1 - Enter the event budget in the top field and enter the various percentages for each expense category. This will quickly let you know the amount of money to be budgeted to each category.

Option 2 - Enter the dollar amounts for each expense category. The calculator will determine the total budget and the percentage of the budget devoted to each category.
